Thesis
The India–Bangladesh corridor moves roughly USD 16B / year but runs on manual paperwork, WhatsApp coordination and Excel reconciliation. A single, auditable operating system collapses lead time, unlocks financing and creates the first defensible data layer on top of the corridor.
What we've built
17-phase pipeline covering RFQ → quotation → PO → warehouse → export → customs → BD delivery → invoicing → finance close. RLS-enforced multi-tenant portals for suppliers and customers. AI voice agent. Audit-first architecture with tamper-evident activity log.
Why now
Bangladesh customs digitisation, cross-border UPI-adjacent rails, and post-pandemic nearshoring have turned the corridor into an execution problem, not a policy problem. Whoever owns the operating layer owns pricing power on freight, finance and data.
Use of funds
Engineering (60%): platform, integrations, mobile. Ops (25%): Kolkata warehouse, Chattogram operations. GTM (15%): enterprise sales, supplier onboarding.
